Eligibility :
Any practitioner having at least 3 years experence in any branch of alternative medicines,
Or The candidates who have completed the Diploma / Bachelor
Certification Courses of the University.
OR
The candidates who have completed a course from any authentic institution. |
| Minimum Age: 21 years. |
Requirements:
1. Three copies of the Passport size photographs.
2. One experience certificate of at least 3 years from a Registe red Doctor/M.L. A/M.
P./Sarpanch/Gazetted Officer or the Xerox copy of the Diploma /Bachelor
Certificate awarded by the
University or any authentic institution.
3. One character certificate from a respectable person.
Total Fees: The total fees is US $700. Full
fees should be sent with the form.
